Description

Citizen called says a tree was removed awhile ago and the stump was grinded down in between sidewalk and curb (located at the end of his fence)needs to be filled it is causing the sidewalk to be chipped away. He says the stump area needs to be filled and the sidewalk area needs to be fixed
