Description
Caller states there are certains on the road. Caller states either one or two cars can pass, but with the brush that has over-grown and she can't see to travel the road; Twin Valley Road off Cedar Grove - across the backside of Fisher Elementary School; caller also states there is a cone is trangled in the brush to alert of residents of road washed away in that area
