Description
No stop signs or traffic lights are at intersection of Nansemond and Kensington east west directions. Accidents have happened, speeding is consistent, difficult to cross street for pedestrians, drivers laugh at you as they speed by, almost hit several times, difficto cross by car as well. If nothing else, a sing that says slow , or stop for pedestrians state law like they have near the museum.
