Description

This tree has been dying for several years. It has several large brances and the main stalk that are long dead and at risk of falling on pedestrians or vehicles. This citizen has unsucessfully requested the assessment of this tree THREE TIMES and despite false notices of completion it has yet to be assessed. If this request is not honored This citizen will move up the chain of command.
