Description
This tree is on City property in front of my house located at 3306 Loxley Rd Richmond 23227. I have tried to save this tree with the help of Davey Tree Services and have spent over $600. Unfortunately, the tree continues to die. This is presenting a safety problem as Loxley Rd is a nice, walkable street. Pieces of the tree are coming down weekly and I fear a child, adult or dog is going to get hurt. I am sure your list of trees is long, but this needs to be removed.
