massive dip in the road across E Clay and 26th, very hard to see in the day, impossible at night. Could take off someone's front bumper, pop a tire, or damage underside of car.

    Cobblestone dip in street is there for drainage purposes. Vehicular traffic is warned to slowdown when entering intersection.
