Description
Because of our proximity to Three Chopt, many cars pass thru via Ripley and Honaker and it is infuriating. My first preference would be stop signs to make a 4 way stop at the intersections of Stuart & Ripley, then Kensington/Ripley, then Hanover/Ripley. Speedbumps may help, but a 4 way stop seems most helpful to deter people attempting to cut through. After five years of living here, I've had enough. Many neighbors feel the same as they walk and/or have young children playing in this area.
