Daily speeding.by two wheelers, average speeds exceed 40mph since the distance between traffic lights is 1/3 of a mile away. Two accidents in the last month.

    Speed tables on Ellwood Ave are not supported by the Fire Marshall given this street is functionally classified as an Urban Minor Arterial and a strategic route for emergency vehicles. Ellwood is posted with 25mph signs and enhanced speed $200 fine signs.
