Description
Large pothole with patch coming off next to a large ripple in the asphalt that drivers try to straddle. All day and night I can hear the terrible sound of vehicles scraping their undersides on the curb-like ridge that juts up out of the road surface. Some of these vehicles sound like they are sustaining serious damage. Some try to drive around it by using the oncoming traffic lane
