Description

You paved the alley but didn't think to add any speed bumps. Now drivers speed through there like a runway and have almost hit folks.

    An alley is a narrow passageway which usually runs behind buildings and used by local traffic to access garages and for trash pickups. Therefore, speed tables are not planned.
