Description

Citizen reported a hazardous dead tree with dead limbs resting into another tree right at the alleyway across from his home.

    Arborist advised that the tree is not a City tree but is in Henrico. Called Mr. Jackson back to let him know. He wanted to make sure that we were positive due to City previously cleaned up the area.
