Description

The sidewalk was covered in 8 inches of dirt until I cleared the dirt away last year. This was a vacant lot for 50 years until I moved here. Last year I had several service requests to repair the sidewalk, more than 365 days of waiting. I want the sidewalk repaired or I will do it myself.
