Description
Speeding on this section of Monument Avenue is out of control. Drivers east bound and west bound drive upwards of 50mph. While a major thoroughfare, it’s still a residential area and the high speeds are unsafe for residents and pedestrians alike. Is there something that can be done? Police regularly pull people over but it doesn’t seem to have made a difference. Speed humps seem like an obvious solution.
