Description
Excessive speeding on the road in both directions at all times of day. Often up to 50 mph+ which creates a hostile and dangerous driving experience. Encourages/ creates road rage incidents constantly for neighborhood residents. The more concentrated residential area at the top of the hill could benefit from speed lumps. The area at the bottom of the hill by Gillie's Creek Park could benefit from at least one traffic circle.

(I assume you are talking about Williamsburg Rd between Government Rd and Hatcher St based on the general address of 1313 Williamsburg Road.) )
