Description
On my neighborhood walk in Scott’s Addition, I encountered a tree on the north tree belt across from Whiting Turner at 3015 West Moore Street that has a long, tangled wire (electrical or cable/telephone) wrapped around it from top to bottom. I began unwrapping it but it’s very high up in the limbs and I couldn’t reach it all, so I left it. It’s not strangling the tree, yet, so I hope our arborist can assess the situation and protect the tree
