Description
The city came and cut out a 2foot bit 2 foot hole that is about 10-12" deep. They needed to do this for access to the gas in the ground. After accessing, they have not fixed the hole and this has become an issue due to the volume of people who walk through the alley. Recently, two cars have gotten flat tires as well as an older woman stepped into it the other night and easily could have broken her ankle or leg.
