Description
The pedestrian signal that allows pedestrians to cross gives pedestrians crossing W. Commerce a flashing "don't walk" hand signal with a 26 second count down. After 1 second it goes from showing a flashing hand with 26 seconds counting down to a solid "don't walk" hand signal without the 26 seconds having gone by. Thanks.
