Description
The large amount of over growth on the vacant property next to 4709 Luray Avenue, needs to be cut back-for more information, contact Ms. Harris @ 804-930-4399. This over growth occurred last year and the city had to cut back a lot of the trees and vegetation with extra heavy equipment to clear the area.
