Description

Last year the city cleaned up the spot in the alleyway behind 2915 Parkwood Ave, but it has become overgrown again. The debris scrapes the trash and recycling vehicles. Also if two cars happen to be back there at once, while passing each other one of them cant get by due to the overgrown bushes.
