Description
West Grace at blacker street was closed/blocked to traffic for construction without providing prior notice. There had been no information provided by the city explaining construction and road closures along the 4700-4600 blocks of west grace street. On Grace street they not provide 48 hours notice before blocking the road. Signs they eventually put up do not have dates informing residents how long this will be happening. Very disruptive.
