Description
Stop signs on all 4 corners of Cedar Street and E Marshall Street intersection are covered by tree branches, parked vehicles, or idling delivery vehicles, causing people to run the stop signs. Intersection needs flashing red lights added in addition to fixing obscured signs if possible.
