Description
We, and other parents and residents, find the corner of E Marshall St and N 20th St being very dangerous. Most parents pick their kids up on 20th St and drive towards E Marshall St. It's often hard to see cars coming up the hill because there are cars parked on the street and this blocks the view and sometimes they drive way too fast for that little street. We’re hoping a stop sign will make that corner safer for everyone. It doesn't feel safe to drive through that street.

- Staff · June 4, 2024DPW must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the MUTCD. The intersection of Marshall St and 20th St does not meet the traffic requirements for an all-way stop. DPW will field review and install or adjust No Parking signs as needed to enhance intersection sight distance.
