Description
Caller has question regarding traffc light that is taking a long time to change approximate 3-5 minutes, caller states residents are going through the light after sitting for about 3 minutes or more.caller states this is especially at night with started when the drag racing and loud music is playing waiting on the light to change. Caller states this started end of February-March; caller states this is an accident waiting to happen with people going throuh the light. - W. M Jordan Company
