Description
From Brookland Park Boulevard westbound towards Westwood, the traffic light skips and doesn't go green through several cycles, letting the other flows of traffic go but keeps this side of the intersection red. Heavy backups down Brookland Park Boulevard. Traffic is pulling out and making illegal, unsafe turns due to the light. Needs to be fixed urgently.
