Description
Sensor for Westbound Brookland Pkwy left turn onto Arthur Ashe Southbound seems defective. Full line of cars backed up Brookland Pkwy 05/29 8am, and light went multiple cycles allowing turns from all other parts of the intersection. After at least 3 cycles a car (desperate to get to Luckys for gas) pulled into the right turn to Hermitage lane which triggered the signal after 12 minutes of waiting. I think the sensor might not be capturing when only the left turn lane is full.
