Description

Rail crossing on DWT Road- concrete crossings on spur have started to sink and get loose. It appears, it will shortly create a hazard for drivers, especially with all of the tractor trailers driving over it daily -being reported by Christina Saunders, Terminal Manager, Richmond Marine Terminal (formerly Port of Richmond)
