Description

This homeowner is not keeping up hisproperty he cut the front yard and not the side adjacent to my property the weeds are at his window a breeding ground for mosquitoes,biting me every time I m outside I can’t enjoy my backyard, the whole fence line from his house down to the alley is filled with overgrown weeds, grass /vegatation. This is ridiculous and unfair to me I’ve complained about this property for a year I’m begging help!!! from the front of the house this is on your right side
