Comments
- Staff · May 27, 2024Cityworks ID: 530247
- Staff · May 29, 2024The traffic signal system progressions on Grove Ave are set to 25mph so motorists should be encouraged to drive the speed limit to catch the “greens waves” along these corridors. Between Arthur Ashe Boulevard and Thompson St are 25mph signs, four traffic signals (Arthur Ashe, Belmont, Nansemond, and Thompson) along with two raised crosswalks with curb extensions (at Auburn and at Crenshaw). Additional traffic signals and raised crosswalks with curb extensions are capital improvements and not currently planned. Contact the Richmond Police Dept for speed limit enforcement.
