Description

A large vine is hanging down from the tree canopy above. It strikes taller vehicles that pass beneath. There is a chance it will get snagged and pull down a branch. Further, some cars attempt to dodge it by crossing the double yellow into the other lane. This obstruction is on a curve and is a traffic hazard.
