Description
A Brush growing on the curb in front of 511-513 E. Brookland Park Blvd, is obstructing the view of traffic for vehicles attempting to turn left off Wellington Street onto Brooking Park Blvd. The Brush has contributed to accidents as it is an obstruction to traffic flow, creating a line-of-sight hazard for traffic flow.
