Description

A contractor grinded a tree stump in front of my residence today. There was no prior warning, e.g., no parking signs, that gave warning. The resulting debris was left all over the sidewalk and in the street. This looks horrible and presents safety hazards (possible tire punctures, people falling over debris, falling in the hole. Thus needs to be cleared immediately.
