HOA MANAGER: STATED HE HAD A GRAFFITI ORDER AND THEY CAME OUT AND SPRAY PAINTED IT BUT YOU CAN STILL SEE THE ART PER CITIZREN AND WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO COME BACK OUT HE ALSO STATES ITS ON THE CONDO BUILDING BUT IN THE ALLEY WAY.
