Description
The alley behind 1409 to 1401 Westwood Avenue is in need of pothole repair and gravel for the soft shoulders. The alley was originally concrete and is broken in multiple places. Asphalt repairs made years ago have failed. In addition, gravel is needed to fill deep ruts caused by trash trucks.
