Description
The timing is very broken on the intersection of W Broad Rock and Midlothian Turnpike. THere is a lot of traffic getting backed up down Broad Rock and people keep running the red light because of how long it takes. Dangerous.

- Staff · May 29, 2024Upon my site visit today, I noticed that the timing was working the way they were designed. This intersection is in a coordinated mode with other intersections on Midlothian (Midlothian Tnpk being the major road). The vehicles traveling E/W on Broad Rock Rd will get the green signals quicker if they stop behind the stop bar so that the sensors can detect them and call for service.
