Description
The intersection of east 4th street and decatur street should be a 4 way stop or the no parking sign needs to be pushed further back. I have to pray no cars are coming before I cross because you have barely any visibility and the cars fly through that intersection very fast. I watch cars almost collide every time.

- Staff · May 23, 2024DPW must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the MUTCD. The intersection of Decatur St and 4th St does not meet the traffic requirements for an all-way stop. DPW will field review the need for any No Parking sign installations or adjustments at Decatur St and 4th St.
