- Staff · June 2, 2024Thank you for contacting the City of Richmond’s Department of Public Works. In order to receive the best quality of service, RVA311 requests should be limited to three (3) separate requests per household. Multiple requests associated with the same block of sidewalk and/or duplicate requests severely slow down the response and repair to damaged locations. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding of the request and resolution processes associated with sidewalks. This Location will be closed due to it being a duplicate. Please see CRMDPW000079592 for location updates
