Description
City took our supercan for the second time in about a year. It was one of the older ones and was damaged, but it was definitely unexpected. Would like a replacement please. Also, I need technical assistance. I am not getting emails from 311. I moved my email to a different provider and in doing so it was unavailable for a few days. I think the system blacklisted my account and I cannot receive emails there now. It likely just needs to be removed from that list. Thank you for your help.
