Description
The owner of this vacant lot continues to allow the grass to get extremely high. As a result, vehicle who use this narrow road (traffic goes both ways) nearly run into each other because they don't see each other around the bend and pedestrians are nearly ran over because they have to walk in the street. This is the only public road for resident's living in the back to access their homes. This issue persists- Still not resolved.
