Description

Brick sidewalk in middle of block on south bound side of road between Leigh and Marshall Street on Belvidere in Middle of Block is crumbling. I was walking the other day and noticed numerous loose and missing bricks. A handicap or someone in a wheelchair would have a tough time navigating. Needs attention asap. Thanks
