Description
East marshall and north 29th. Excessive speeding and no one yields to pedestrians. A biker was just hit by a car and seriously injured here. The traffic circle does absolutely nothing to reduce speed. People just drift around it and then floor it - i think it actually makes pelple drive faster. Something needs to be done to calm the traffic on marshall street it is a highway and makes living here awful. The city needs to prioritze people over cars!
