Description
Residents at 1333 W broad street, apt 409 (4th floor) desposed of a considerable amount of dog feces by thowing it off their balcony onto the sidewalk below. This has resulted in quite a mess on the sidwalk were pedeatrians have stepped, smeared, ans tracked it along the sidewalk.
