Citizen states a lot of new homes have been built in her neighborhood. and they are speedy. citizen is asking for some resolution for the speeding in her area

    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed on Patterson Ave is 38mph. The speed samples show compliance with the posted 35 mph speed. No speed limit changes are planned.
