Assess Existing Tree or Stump

Description

reached out about trees that need to be removed. She stated she has been complaining from years. She moved to the property in 2017 and had to have pipes replaced soon after due to roots of a tree that grew through them. It is a city tree. The branches are over her home and towering wires. Her daughter’s safety is her first priority she is very frustrated that no one is taking the matter serious. She would like some help with this tree.

  During follow up call, citizen advised tree id 76575 and 76576 are the trees in question. I advised that the ticket would have our arborist to come out and investigate. Depending on what is found, it will determine removal, pruning or nothing and that the requests are not normally fast moving, depending on severity. Advised to follow up with RVA311 for updates and if needed, they will include me.
