Description
The westbound section of Westwood Avenue (between N Blvd & Lanvale Ave) is full of uneven, terrible pavement and has been in TERRIBLE condition for over 6 months. This road, one of the few routes between Brookland Pkwy and West Broad St, is used by many motorists on a daily basis. Public utility work done to the 1700-1800 blocks of Westwood Ave occurred many months ago, and it is time for the City of Richmond to take responsibility and REPAIR/REPAVE this stretch of road!
