Description
Resident stated that he live on Handover Ave in front of Colonial alley. Which right behind him there are apartment buildings being built. He states that the contractors are using the alley to store equipment, parking, and throw trash in the alley and over the fence of private residents. They do not move for trash or recycling trucks. Because of this trash and recycling have not been dumped on several occasions. They play their music loud, night and day.

- Staff · May 17, 2024An inspector has visited the location 5/14 and again 5/15, all cleared out except spool, waiting on Comcast, alley is cleared for service vehicles to pass; noise/music issues and some trash issues are from apt building next door at 4500 Grove Ave; contractor has a dumpster/container and sidewalk closure with material and equipment, out front on Grove Ave, with appropriate close/cross signs and active permit.
