Description
A regional school releases at ~3pm, occasionally backing up this left turn signal, and the left turn from hermitage onto robin hood. Both should be given more variability in their timing during these hours

Traffic signal timings are designed based on traffic engineering standards, traffic volumes, and overall operational needs for all road users. I have occasionally monitored this location, including during the afternoon period, and did not observe any significant operational issues with the left-turn movement. Based on these observations and current signal timing standards, no adjustments are recommended at this time.
