Description
these signs, on broad street intersections from 7th street to all of downtown, are old and no longer MUTCD Compliant. The federal DOT says that the semi-recent removal of sovereign immunity could hold localities and states in tort liability of lawsuits in non-compliant signs. These should- semi urgently, be replaced by the updated R10-15 series in their proper locations. The images attached are just the ones I've found along East broad.
