Description
Hanover Av T bones at Pepper Av, 3 way stop. Drivers going both ways on Pepper rarely stop or slow down, typically speeding. Lots of pets & children live here, watching people disregard the law putting our families in peril is beyond reproach. Intersection needs painting, white lines & the word STOP no longer visible on pavement. STOP signs need to be repositioned to make more visible. Speed bumps are truly needed, Pepper is a busy cut through, we need our city’s help to keep our families safe.
