Description

Tree is very big and on one side way up top are a lot of dead heavy branches and I (and neighbors) are fearful of it coming down as has happened with too many other trees on this block. Cars were damaged and other problems. there are other limbs that are green so it is hard to see on the picture. i dont know if it's the beginning of it dying which would not be surprising given the other trees on the block. dont want to wait for an accident as it is an accident in the making.
