Description
DPW000113892 DPW000113892 Citizen says work has not been completed Existing alley between Malvern and Lafayette is in really bad shape, broken paving, huge potholes that hold water, and surfacing is a mixture of mud, gravel, and broken asphalt. Concrete sidewalks at either end are damaged and there aren't proper alley aprons. Alley needs to be regraded and graveled/paved and City sidewalks repaired/replaced. This alley provides rear parking lot access (for employees) to several businesses
